Our Ready to Wear Wedding Package

This package is for the bride and groom who has tackled all areas of wedding planning and want professional assistance
on the day of so nothing is left to chance. This package includes:

Services prior to your wedding day:

Ø One (1) face-to-face meeting to go over wedding details, (i.e. design and décor, vendor duties, time line of activities ,etc)

Ø Assist with your R.S.V.P , Invitations and confirm exact #’s to catering director

Ø Negotiate group room blocks for you and your guests, at conveniently located hotels

Ø Assist with coordinating and contracting transportation for you and your guests

Ø Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding party

Ø Provide a list of professional vendor referrals

Ø Assist you with your wedding checklist, so that nothing gets overwhelming and every detail is accounted for

Ø Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party

Ø Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors

Services on your wedding day:

Ø Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards

Ø Manage the timing of your events with wedding party and guests

Ø Provide up to two (2) additional wedding coordinator assistants

Ø Be your eyes and ears throughout the day so you can relax and enjoy the loving memories.

Ø 1 hour on your rehearsal and 8 hours on your wedding day

Hourly Consultation

Beautiful Kreations may be retained as your event consultant for a specified rated per hour for services, which include but not limited to, phone calls, face to face meetings, travel time to and from any and all appointments etc. Time will be kept track of in 15 minutes increments. In addition Beautiful Kreations will keep accurate records of all time spent on phone calls and meetings made on your behalf which is available upon request at any time during the planning process.
